Terms of Service

• All projects are carried out based on a defined scope agreed in writing prior to commencement.
• Any work requested outside of the agreed scope will be treated as a variation and quoted separately.

• Bookings are only secured upon written approval and receipt of the required deposit.
• We may release unconfirmed bookings if approval and deposit are not received within the stated timeframe.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• The remaining balance is payable as outlined in the invoice.
• Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Where possible, we will accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
• Changes to agreed dates, locations, or scope may require revised fees and may impact delivery timelines.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all project details provided, including dates, times, locations, and schedules.
• zizo will rely on the information provided at the time of confirmation. Any errors or discrepancies in the details supplied by the client that affect scheduling or delivery shall not be the responsibility of zizo.
• Where such errors result in additional time, rescheduling, or loss of coverage, additional fees may apply.
• In the event that zizo attends based on incorrect information provided by the client, the booking will be considered fulfilled for the scheduled time, and any rescheduling will be treated as a new booking.

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Timely access to locations
• All necessary permissions and approvals
• A designated point of contact on-site

zizo operates with a structured production approach. Delays, restrictions, or disruptions beyond our control may affect coverage and are not the responsibility of zizo.

zizo operates with a network of professional creatives. In the event that a scheduled team member becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will use reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement.

Where a replacement is not possible, coverage may be adjusted. zizo shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, and any liability will be limited to the fees attributable to the affected portion of the services. No further claims or compensation shall apply beyond this.

• The agreed production schedule will proceed as planned.
• Delays caused by the client, talent, venue, or third parties may result in reduced coverage and do not extend the scheduled production time.
• Any extension required due to such delays will be treated as overtime and billed accordingly.
• Coverage is limited to the agreed production schedule. Any extension beyond the scheduled end time constitutes overtime and will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
• Overtime must be authorised on-site by the client or designated representative and is subject to team availability.
• zizo reserves the right to conclude coverage at the scheduled end time if overtime is not approved.

• zizo is engaged for its creative expertise.
• We retain full discretion over the visual approach, editing style, and selection of final deliverables to ensure consistency with our standards.

• Delivery timelines will be communicated per project.
• Final output includes only agreed deliverables.
• Raw or unedited files are not included unless specified.
• Expedited delivery may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

Where revisions are included:

• Adjustments are limited to reasonable changes aligned with the original brief.
• Additional revisions or changes in direction may incur additional fees.

In the event of cancellation after project confirmation:

• The deposit remains non-refundable.
• Additional fees may apply based on work completed, pre-production undertaken, and time reserved.
• Where cancellation occurs close to the scheduled production date, zizo reserves the right to charge up to the full project fee.

• zizo retains the right to use all produced content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless usage rights are exclusively restricted by written agreement prior to project commencement.
• Usage rights granted to the client will be defined within the project agreement.

All intellectual property rights remain with ZIZO PRODUCTION unless explicitly transferred in writing.

zizo is not liable for:

• Events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, or third-party interference.
• Any indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information disclosed during the engagement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Engaging zizo constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
